I am certainly outdoing myself with posts lately. :)

I haven't been to a hockey game in years. Last night, my parents invited the whole clan to the Maverik Center for a little ice action.

All I can say is.....

That was highly entertaining on so many levels. Wow!

There were so many fights in the first period, I honestly thought we might be there 'til midnight. As a non-athlete... it begs the question, "is this staged?" I mean can you really be that mad a someone that many times? I know it's the culture. it's hockey ...etc. etc. etc. But REALLY. It was a crack-up! No offense to any die hard fans. Like I said... VERY ENTERTAINING.

The kids got to go down on the ice and pick up all the rubber pucks thrown from the stands during a half-time "huck a puck" competition. I'll say it again...so very entertaining!
