This morning's breakfast conversation......
ACT I
The Stage: Penny, sitting on the living room floor, flipping through The American Girl Doll catalog for 750th time since its arrival. Mom, emptying dishwasher.
Penny: "Mom, I really need to have Mia's pajamas, because in case she is going to sleep with me and I decided if Santa can't find Mia because she is gone then I guess I'll just have Samantha."
Me: "Wow, Pen. You are sounding a little spoiled. Do you know what that word means? What if Santa decides to give you something else?"
Penny: "Mom, I'm sure he can handle it."
I'm sure glad one of us can.

I love watching Eliza and Aspen together. They're like an old married couple. She was having fun playing with my baby for a minute today. Cute girl!
